Who We Are

Education should feel
like a revelation.

Branch Education was founded by Teddy Tablante, an electrical and mechanical engineer on a mission to make deep technical education beautiful and accessible. We build videos that go further than anyone else — with photorealistic 3D models, real physics, and explanations that treat you as the intelligent person you are.

Depth over simplicity

We don't dumb things down. Our videos give you the real explanation — the one that makes everything click.

Accuracy first

Every claim is researched. Every 3D model is built from engineering data. We care deeply about getting it right.

More engineers, please

Less than 0.27% of the world works on engineering the future. Our goal is to inspire the next generation — because engineering can be learned by anyone.

Engineering meets art

Our scripts and research are led by engineers. Our visuals are crafted by 3D artists who learn the engineering deeply enough to animate it accurately. That fusion is what makes Branch different.

Moon bases. Rockets that traverse galaxies. Medicine that ends disease. A self-driving, traffic-free world.

Every one of these requires trillions of engineer hours to build — and right now, less than 0.27% of the world is working on it. We need more engineers.

Engineering can be done by anyone. If someone says you can't understand something, it's not because you're not smart enough — it's because they don't have the right tools to teach it. Branch Education exists to change that.

The best way to understand a technology is to disassemble it, learn how each piece works, and put it back together. We do that with photorealistic 3D animation — making the process accessible to everyone, for free.

Branch Education

AI Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Our Commitment to Human Craft

At Branch Education, every 3D model, animation, and visual you see in our videos is built by human hands. Our animators, modelers, and researchers put significant time into crafting accurate, beautiful representations of complex engineering concepts. That human effort is the core of what makes Branch, Branch.

AI tools have become widely available, and we want to be transparent about exactly how — and how not — we use them.

What We Use AI For

We use AI tools in a limited, supporting capacity during the early stages of our process:

  • Research assistance — quickly surfacing academic papers, engineering specifications, and technical references to help our team go deeper, faster.
  • Idea generation and brainstorming — exploring how to structure a complex topic, what analogies might work, or what angles we haven't considered.
  • Script outlining — rough draft frameworks that our writers then heavily rewrite, fact-check, and refine by hand.

Think of it as a research assistant, not a creator.

What We Do Not Use AI For

We do not use AI for anything that ends up in front of you:

  • Voiceover — we use real human voices, not AI-generated speech.
  • 3D models and assets — all geometry and materials are built by our artists from scratch.
  • Animation — every movement, camera path, and transition is keyframed and directed by a human animator.
  • Final scripts and narration — our scripts go through multiple rounds of human writing and expert review.
  • Visual design — layouts, color choices, typography, and motion design are made by our team.

Why This Matters to Us

Educational content needs to be trustworthy. When we show you how a GPU works, or how electrons tunnel through a transistor, the accuracy of that depiction matters enormously. Our team spends weeks verifying technical details, consulting engineers, and checking our models against real hardware.

We believe that the care and craft our humans put into every frame is part of what makes Branch Education reliable. We're not going to shortcut that.

This policy may evolve

AI tools are changing rapidly. We will update this policy if our practices change, and we'll always be upfront about it. If you have questions, reach out to us at hello@branch.education.
